Did you know that based on income or age, you may be eligible to receive thousands of dollars worth of energy-efficiency products & services with LEAP, Dominion, and the City of Charlottesville? And the income threshold may be higher than you expect. For example, the qualifying income level, for seniors (with at least one member who is 60 or older), is $112,680.
